Once you have navigated through our site, and we have received your purchase request or query, you will be personally contacted by a team member to determine your requirements and ensure they are met.

Q - What are the prices displayed?

The prices displayed are regular wholesale prices.

Q - What mark-up can I realistically add to the wholesale prices?

It really depends on your overheads, however the general rule is to multiply the wholesale price excluding tax by 225%. You will even make a greater margin if you bought at the bulk rate.

Taxes


Q - Do your prices include taxes?

No all our prices are excluding taxes.

Minimum Order


Q - Do you have a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum.

Payment


Q - What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment. We also accept checks, Bank Transfers, and Letters of credit.

Packing


Q - How will my order be packed?

Most of our products are individually packed.

Delivery & Shipping


Q - Are the items displayed on the website in stock?

Everything on our website is handmade to order. Our business is about uniqueness, not mass production.

Q - How long will I need to wait for delivery?

Delivery of a wholesale order usually takes between 2 and 3 weeks.

Q - What do we do about breakages or damaged items?

We sell glassware and other fragile items, so it is inevitable that the odd piece of merchandise can get damaged en-route. If this happens please email us and let us know so that we replace the item/s in your next order.

Returns

Q - What is the procedure to return damaged goods?

All returns require Lotus e-Gallery, L.L.C. prior authorization, and must be returned with appropriate packing material within one week. So please contact us by email to obtain an authorization number.

International


Q - Can you ship overseas?

For now, we only serve continental United States. We intend to extend our services internationally to selected countries in the future.
