* PAYMENTS
All Lotus e-Gallery L.L.C., items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Payment will be on a pro forma basis by major credit cards, prepaid orders with checks, e-checks, wire transfers, money orders and letters of credit.

All goods remain the property of Lotus e-Gallery L.L.C., until payment is made in full.

A resale certificate is required for all wholesale sales. Otherwise, the applicable state sales tax will apply.

Conditions of Web Site Use -
Governing Law and Contract Formation

No contract will subsist between you and Lotus e-Gallery, L.L.C. for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Lotus e-Gallery, L.L.C. accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Lotus e-Gallery; L.L.C. sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United States. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of the United States and you and Lotus e-Gallery, L.L.C. irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the United States Courts.

* RETURNS PROCEDURE
While we are committed to delivering superior, cutting-edge products, our glassware is manufactured as hand blown, mouth blown, semiautomatic and automatic production. There may be some variation in color, size and finish, as well as slight irregularities that include bubbles or stress marks within the mold. These are not considered flaws.

Minor blemishes on the copper surfaces that are caused during shipping are not usually considered manufacturing. Claims for small scratches or nicks will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All other items are hand-made and/or hand-painted. There may be some variation in color, size and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These also are not considered flaws.

Warranty and Safety Information
All items sold on our Web pages or in our catalog accurately reflect their current standards and specifications. However, each item depicted or described herein is not necessarily suitable for every kind of use, therefore, Unless otherwise stated in the writing, Lotus e-Gallery, L.L.C., makes no warranty that the goods depicted herein are fit for any particular purpose.

The liability of Lotus e-Gallery, L.L.C., for losses or damages, arising out of any cause whatsoever, is limited to full refund of the purchase price or at our option, repair or replacement of the product(s).

Please examine your order upon arrival for any discrepancies.
All breakage claims are to be addressed directly to the carrier, and damages must be reported upon delivery.

If you decide to return undamaged or non-defective products, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee in addition to shipping charges incurred.
Authorized returns will be in the form of credit memo.

All returns require Lotus e-Gallery, L.L.C. prior authorization, and must be returned with appropriate packing material within ONE WEEK. So please contact us to obtain an authorization number.

All returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions, but these do not affect your statutory rights.
